This fabulous dammuso is the result of a new spectacular restructuring. Kalatussa is certainly one of the most panoramic and big property that the island could offer.
The entrance is from the private parking that leads to the big panoramic terraces furnished with low tables, deckchairs, seats and outdoor living zones that stand out suspended between sky and sea....from here the panoramic view is truly incomparable, low ducchene are covered all around by soft pillows and you have the impression to be literally suspended over the infinite.
The indoor premises have separate entrance from terraces and sea view.
The main entrance with a big sliding glass door leads us to a comfortable big living room with sofas and fireplace, characterized by very high vaulted ceilings; connected to this ambient we find by a side a large kitchen and the dining area followed by the library room with reading area, from here you have access to a wide room with a study corner and private bathroom that could be arranged as a double bedroom or if necessary with two separate single beds. Behind the dining area there is another double bedroom with private bathroom, still from the living room a stair leads us to the sumptuous master bedroom with walk-in closet and bathroom en suite directly overlooking a super panoramic terrace. The dammuso disposes moreover of other two dependences, both double with bathroom; the first has a separate entrance from the highest terrace while the second is completely independent and faces on one of the underlying terraces.
The dammuso is provided with satellite wi-fi (16 giga/month).
The outdoors are wide and varied and are spread on several levels among terraces as well as among the garden's paths, between eucalyptus trees and succulents.
In a cozy and hidden position we reach the solarium zone with the scenic infinity pool... from here the blue colour stands at 180° all around us and the view of the sunsets and of Africa couldn't find a more charming and exciting place!
