We are proud to represent one of the most extraordinary property of Pantelleria, an estate that expresses pure emotion... a unique dammuso for atmosphere and position, , refined and furnished with impeccable taste and sobriety.

We are in a dominant position the enchantingsmall harbour of Nikà, at 25 metres above the sea level with the deep blue of the Mediterranean set as far as the eye can see before us; only 30 steps separate us from a spectacular descent to the sea and few tens more from the famous hot spring waters small bay.

Surreal lights of the African sunsets burn the colours of the sea and of surrounding Nature giving us every evening new visions...on the evening the sky converts in a million stars decorated carpet .

 ...only for shortness we finish here the romantic introduction to pass to the purely technical description of the dammuso:

 The property is composed by two splendid dammusi connected through pathways among plants, perfumes and colours of the Mediterranean forest and is based on two ultra panoramic terracings .

The access is from an old mule track that through a wood gate leads us on the first terrace where we find a comfortable reading/snooze zone with big pillows shaded by a palm's leaves pergola and the entry to the dammuso.

 To welcome us there is an easy lounge/studio beyond which we find the access to the pretty kitchen facing on a resounding panoramic terrace shaded by reeds and palm's leave. Here a big table is ready to house unforgettable dinners on the sea, the comfortable design deckchairs offer another seductive alternative for your snoozes.

Even from the living room we have access to the sleeping area composed by bedroom and bathroom.

The first structure is surrounded by terraces and small gardens, among the pathways are set relax corners with pillows and poufs in addition to a BBQ zone; an invigorating open air shower completes the outdoors.

Few steps among the sparkling hot stone walls lead us in another terracing where a second dammuso houses a comfortable double bedroom with bathroom facing on a shaded terrace and a solarium.

The property is soaked, almost to camouflage between ancient black rocks and the flourishing Mediterranean forest, an all in one with the island's nature....an impressive oasis of peace where details and human interventions have known how to enhance withsobriety and balance the spectacular context.

NOTES:

-As in the major part of the south side of the island, the telephone network coverage is not so present and the signal is influenced by the winds. From the dammuso there is coverage with TIM in some areas: behind the main dammuso, on the corner between the two roofs and in the high dammuso near the bedside table of the bedrooms. With some wind conditions the signal is present in the whole property. Vodafone and the others operators have normally coverage at mid mule track.
